As for the vast moving space, the communication mode which mobile robot communicated with exterior choosing wireless communication is become the needs. This paper provides a method based on track mobile robot as control platform using the wireless receive and send integrative digital transmit MODEM module PTR2000 chip found on FSK modulation /demodulation theory which has stronger anti-jamming ability to achieve wireless communication between mobile robot and pc through the SMC in mobile robot controlling step motor in each joint and driver. According to the moving character of this Robot , kinematic equations is obtained and solved inversely. And it alsogives the dynamic analysis. Using microwave wireless TV transmit system satellite communication technology complete real-time transmit of image, this method achieve wireless controlling of track mobile robot and real-time monitoring of long-distance robot, accomplishing main act of walk such as grade climbing, stepping upstairs etc. Has autonomy in a certain extent ,the robot can do simple work of avoiding obstacle by the aid of sensor such as outer ultrasonic detector and so on.
