With the background of practical projects, the designs of the control system of the small hole-CNC flame incision machine and tube-end CNC incisory robot are completed. They separately achieve cutting holes on compression resistance's column shell and cutting the ends of the steel tubes.The control system of the small hole-CNC flame incision machine is based on MCU's embedded system. The application of high-powered single-chip and peripherally extend circuit achieve the control of four DOF step motor. The system is provided with the function of parameter input, display, remote control, and so on.The control system of tube-end CNC flame incisory robot is based on the on-limits CNC system. The industrial control computer is used as the universal hardware platform. It founds on ISA bus's three axises movement control blocks and I/O blocks. We achieve the design of the CNC control system's hardware platform.The designs of the hardware platform are detailedly discussed that are based on MCU's embedded CNC system and PC's on-limits CNC system in the paper.Through practical application, the numerical control system can work well and satisfy with the needs of the users.
