The monitoring system and fault diagnosis system is an important means to assure the safely work of the high-speed rotating machinery. As an affiliated item of the one (Intelligent maintenance System for the high-speed Rotating Machinery), the software technology for the fault diagnostic system for the high speed rotating machinery is mainly studied, and besides, instructor of software technology for the system is furnished.A thorough and systematical study in the paper is carried through, which is on total design scheme of the system, design of software and hardware configuration, real-time on-line monitoring technology, analysis and treatment of the signal, around the research of the software technology of the fault diagnosis system based on Web.There are five chapters in the paper. The meaning of the developing the system and the developmental current introduces the state of development of remote fault diagnosis are expounded in the first chapter. Some pivotal knowledge that is related to the realization of the fault diagnosis system based on Web is introduced in the second chapter.The function of the system is probed into in the third chapter. According to the demand of the system, the total configuration design of the system is put forward, the design of hardware configuration and software function module are brought forward in the paper. What's more, the data stream and designs database in allusion to the peculiarity of high-speed Rotating Machinery are discussed in the paper.Realization of software for the system is put emphasis on in the forth chapter. The exploitation and realization for real time on-line monitoring system founded on Java is discussed. Furthermore, researches realization and application of three software methods on the Web-based fault diagnosis system is also researched in the paper. The three software methods includes MATLAB, LabVIEW and ATL component. It expatiates the realization mechanism and process for six method of analysis and treatment of the signal, which is time domain analysis, power spectrum analysis, wavelet analysis, cepstrum analysis and frequency zoom analysis. It is studied amply that how to open out a component that can realize power spectrum analysis and show the analytic data on the page with wave chart in the paper. On the base of it, the advantage and disadvantage of the three methods are discussed in the paper. The main achievements are summarized and the future direction is pointed out for the system in the fifth chapter.Component technology, diagnosis technology, database technology and network technology are combined in the paper.
