| In the era of information age, Internet/Intranet technology has been widely used in various fields of the world. Network security is now confronted with major challenges. Numerous facts prove that it is of great urgency to ensure network security. It has important theoretical meanings and realistic background to solve the problem of network security.The idea of Revitalizing the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China and Establishing Dalian into an Important Shipping Center in Northeast Asia proposed by the central government provides significant opportunities for the development of Port Dalian and meanwhile puts forwards higher requirements on the informationalization construction of Port Dalian, especially the construction of network security.The article firstly focuses on analysis of the current network structure in Port Dalian, mainly analyzes the existent security risks in detail, including six aspects such as physical security risk analysis, network security risk analysis, system security risk analysis, application security risk analysis, exterior infringement and management security risk analysis and then discusses the network security demands of Port Dalian by analysis.Secondly, the article studies the basic design principle of network security scheme and describes the network security scheme from six aspects, i. e. physical security, access control, data protection, virus prevention and protection, copy restoration and safe management according to different categories.Finally, the article emphasizes on design of the specific network security scheme of Port Dalian respectively from the following seven aspects: physical security scheme design, network structure security scheme design, network system security scheme design, anti-hacker scheme design, network anti-virus scheme design, network management center establishment and security management scheme design based on the aforesaid security risk and demand analysis so as to realize the network security target of Port Dalian.
