With the development of Internet, the network technology and the multimedia technology have a tremendous bearing on education reform. Modern Distance Education as a new education model is constructing and developing. We should research teaching environment morphology upon it done , except for exploring that network as a new education environment carrier supports technology for education. After analyzing the superiority and deficiency of network learning environment of the day, this paper presents an "Intelligent Interactive Network learning Environment".
