Signal detection, analysis and recognition to the interstellar communication link of DSP (Defense Support Program) early-warning satellite system are important questions in space countermeasure. By analyzing the features of DSP interstellar communication link, it is presented a scheme to analyzing and recognizing DSP functional mode through detecting TDRSS (Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System) signals and estimating TDRSS signals parameters.First, it is analyzed the DSP interstellar communication link. And it is proposed to a method of signal carrier detection and decision. This method integrates non-linear transformation, multiple correlated accumulation and power spectrum estimation. Second, based on the characteristic parameters of signals, this paper uses the algorithms of higher order cumulant to recognize the modulation approach, spectral correlation density function to estimate code element duration and reprocessing of power spectrum to estimate the periodic of spread spectrum pseudo-random code. Last, the signals detection and parameter estimation algorithms are realized by computer simulation.Both theoretical analysis and simulation results justify the feasibility of the algorithms above.
