With the developing rapidly of IT technology and the increasing complexity of internet applications recently, It is urgently need for the software platform which can drive by actual business process and construct applications quickly to adapt to this tendency. At the same time, It is also need this kind of flexible framework software platform to promote efficiency of R&D for industrialized software production which can cut down the cost, to Keep high quality and to realize the utilization of reused function module.The Flexible Software Platform(FSP) that faced on new kind of method of software R&D in this paper just can do with this requirements now. This platform passed through the stage of the capture and analysis of requirements, the design of system and the practice of real project. Therefore, the purpose of design was accomplished. The platform that possessed great function of module extension also can be improved to face on interaggregation of new technology .The content of the platform in this paper is the advanced innovative project of the basic business support platform which represent new R&D' s method of application software. The main content includes that realize module assemble for software in deed and support BPR' s high level flexible framework technology of software platform. The point of innovation includes the browser of client- "Mybrowser" developed by ourselves independence , thetechnology of freedom Module Plug-in,the remote update and support by itself, the freedom statistical chart Module Plug-in, etc. It will be in the lead in our country after finished, And will be used widely in the field of R&D for software to construct ERP, MIS, CRM, POS, CIMS etc.This article discusses and realizes the every module on the concept and designing theory of FSP step by step , It has been proved by the practical project of "The Oil Management System of Jiangshu Oil field" on October 2003. In the end, The author summarizes that this platform is success in theory and practice.
