Recent years, many enterprises have paid more attention on the internet information search and analysis. The ability of information usage has been an important factor of the enterprise's core competence. However, it is hard to get what enterprise need from the Internet with inefficient information retrieval tools. It's necessary to develop new enterprise information retrieval tools. Knowledge Prescribe System is developed for this purpose. Knowledge Prescribe System is an intelligent internet information retrieval platform. It consists of three parts: input initializing module, web mining module and suggestion concluding module. In this article, we emphasize on how to design the web mining module on the foundation of earlier study. Firstly, we described the enterprise information demand and build the functional model for web mining module based on the theory of web mining. We define 6 sub-modules in this system, which are user interface, query keywords preprocessing, documents gathering, documents clustering, personal pattern identification, group pattern identification.. And describe the sub-modules' function clearly. Secondly, according to the functional model, we use Intelligent-Agent technology to design the web mining system, divide the system into 10 cooperative intelligent agents to hit the target. The model is an initiative, intelligent, distributive, expansible system, which is suitable for complex web mining circumstance.Thirdly, we discuss the technologic possibilities and analyze some key agents. We introduces some technologies that would be applied in the web mining module of Knowledge Prescribe System, such as natural language processing, artificial intelligence, data mining, search engine and so on. We select reasonable algorithm to resolve the problem, and describe the algorithm theory and how to realize some agents based on existing technology.At the end of this article, we summarize our work, analyze the limitation of the web mining module of Knowledge Prescribing System, and point out the future study direction.
