The development of DCS(Distributed control system) integrated computer,communication,control,CRT manifest change from traditional PID control to Distributed Control System based on LAN. In this paper, based on summarizing present method of setting up industry network, designed temperature control network system based on RS422A field bus based on Nan Jing some institute. Analyzed this system structure and its communication protocols specific. particularly accounted programming of real-time monitoring communication software using multi-thread of VC++6.0.The development of industrial field network is connected tightly with development of intelligent instrument, intelligence and network is developing direction of instrument. So introduced the design of intelligent temperature control instrument from hardware and software in this paper designed parameter fuzzy self-adjust PID connecting traditional PID control and new fuzzy logic control and investigated in MATLAB. In order to deeper research the task on this paper for the future, some individual suggestions are illustrated at the end of this paper. We believe this paper is helpful to the development of industrial control system.
