In this Paper , Firstly, we introduced the produce and the advance and the theory of stability about differential system ,the main contents of this dissertation include: the stability analysis of cellular neural networks (CNN) with delays, and the stability analysis for a class of generalized CNN with constant delays. and the asymptotic stability and exponential stability of Hopfiled neural networks (HNN). First, we introduced the produce ,the advance ,mathematics model and the concepts of stability about differential system and the problem of stability about neural networks which except to solve . Second, we investigate the stability of a class of Cellular Neural Networks with delay, First , the existence of equilibrium is proven, Second , by making use of the Lyapunov functional method and combing with the technique of inequality analysis and through introducing a serious of parameter , we give the sufficient conditions of the unique equilibrium and the global asymptotic stability of the common solution for the systems, the sufficient conditions are not connected with Delay , the sufficient conditions are obtained by improving the result of haven paper. Last we analyze the stability of a class of HNN with delays. In this section we abandon the demand that the activation functions must be derivable and only request them be Lipschitz continuous.
