With the development of information technology, information security is becoming one of the most important topics related with nation security and people life, which leads to the results in the urgency to develop security chip technology. Nowadays, security technology is used in more and more chips. One of the important characters of information security chip is that the keep and operation of data are under encryption, which enhances the level of information security. But, in fact, data can be attacked during not only the storage but also encryption. So to keep data secure, only encrypting data is far of enough, the process and carrier of encryption operation must be studied to resist all kinds of tamper that may arise. At present, the tamper technology to chip is not limited in dissection and reverse engineering. Other ways must be discovered to resist the tamper technology when it developed from SPA to DPA and DFA. The design of all kinds of sensors and utilization of self-timed circuit are all in the purpose to improve the security. At the same time, scrambling memory and bus is adopted in a more flexible method to avoid being attacked.Herein, series of measures besides the methods above are taken and improved to build a solid castle to protect information security chip in system conception.
