With the rapid progress of economy and mobile communication network in our country, SMS (Short Message Service) has become commonly used service for cell phone user. For another hand, confronted with more and more serious competition, enterprises have potential immensity demand on mobile application to communicate with their customers and administrate flow of their inner information. This paper firstly introduced some correlated conception of SMS, analyzed some currently used and representative scheme of SMS's enterprise application, and pointed out that the limitation of these projects was that they lack of expansibility and can't be seasoned with the change of demand. Then, taking the "Digital Logistics System" as application background, this paper studied distributed service system and its communication mode, and brought forward the "Common SMS Application Platform (CSAP)" solution based on distributed modules and loose coupling mechanism. This paper also studied the JMS technology and its application on asynchronous communication of distributed modules, and then combining with the JMS and MDB technology, gave the implementation of CSAP. All these made the CSAP become a flexible, expansible platform with its service function configurable. That means the CSAP platform can not only service on the "Digital Logistics System", but also can service well on other similar application systems based on J2EE without modification on code, just needs some proper configuration.
