This paper studies the realization of online three-dimensional emulation system and network resource platform which deals with all kinds of resource, such as text, photo and avi etc., on Inertial Technology. With these guidances, it adopts ActiveX technology to encapsulate the 3D models that built by 3dMax software or OpenGL graphics base and realize the aim of online emulating. The other question which this paper studies is Inertial Technology network resource platform. It adopts SQL Server and ASP to realize the management of users and resources, long-distance homework system, search system and message system. At last, this paper gives a whole frame of the Inertial Technology Resource Website and the framework of 3D virtual emulation.
