Research On Agent-Based Web Services Composition

The development of travel these years brings big developing opportunity for travel information system, and brings new requirements at the same time. The travel information system can be more fit for current distributed environment by utilizing Web services and can be more collaborated by making use of Agent. This research focuses on how to take advantage of Agent and Web services technologies to improve current travel information system, how to compose existing Web services with composition flow language and simplification for Web services composition verification. Web services composition is a new distributed develop framework by sharing information and collaboration among existing Web services. Web services composition can make new Web services to solve complex problem. Using workflow to compose Web services is the most popular solution. While process-based Web services composition may lead to serious error in run time because of wrong design. So verification of Web services composition is indispensable. In order to overcome the complexity of verification, this research proposes a simplified verification approach based on given constraints for Web services composition. The new method is consists of three steps namely modeling composition flow,combining constraints,executing verification algorithm. At last, by using the web services flow engine BPEL4WS based on agent concept and combining related web services, A travel booking system is primarily realized.
