Communication technology is becoming a hot issue and many are concerning about it since the world is coming into the information age. Within the process of communication, people attach their most attentions to the security and secrecy during the information transmitting. How to connect accurately the either sides or multi-sides in the communication and assure the information transmission to be secure and secretary is one of the key communication technologies. In this paper, the author, under the full grasp of status quo of quantum cryptographic key research, makes exploration and research concentrating on the B92 quantum cryptographic key distribution protocol. The termless security of B92 quantum cryptographic key protocol is built under the quantum non-clone principle and Heisenberg non-accurate measurement principle. Whilst, the problems of low transmitting rate, complicated operation and forge-identity assault in the B92 protocol are attributed to these two characteristics mentioned above.According such existing problems, the author of this paper presents an innovated project— B92 quantum cryptographic protocol with springe after lone time research.that is to make some improvement on the base of the original module. The key idea of this project is to balance the transmitting efficiency and the transmitting cryptograph. Concerning about the actual application, this project is a compromising method to enhance the transmitting efficiency with the sacrifice of decreasing the degree of crypto- graph under the condition that the security is assured in actual application. On the whole, this project is far from a termless absolute secure one in the perspective of theory, for the efficiency is enhanced on the sacrifice of security decreased. To some extent, the problem of low efficiency in actual application is solved and a new method and a new research view are provided. Finally, the author of this paper discussed the simulation of quantum cryptography on classical computer based on the B92 protocol. Methods to express the preparation and measurement of quantum states on current computer and the basic algorithms for simulating the quantum Key distribution protocols were given. All thecorresponding results of B92 protocol were presented and compared whit the theoretic results. It was shown that the simulation results are completely tallied with theoretic ones.
