This thesis is based on space GPS data receiving and orbit determination,and develops the Auxiliary GPS Data Processing Unit and concerning work. First the thesis investigated the preliminary knowledge about GPS,and analyzed the requirement of the Auxiliary GPS Data Processing Unit,from chip selection,hardware design to the realization of the software and accomplished the design of the system, and achieved the transplantation of the RTOD(Real Time Orbit Determination) software to the OS based on ARM,and finally debugged and optimized the math model in the RTOD such as EKF(Extended Kalman Filter) with the real data before.The RTOD has been applied to the factual work. According to the requirement of the GPS data receiving and RTOD, the thesis designed the concerning system to validate the data. It constructed the system,and achieved the requirement analysis, design, coding and debugging.The system can analyze the orbit data from RTOD,and process the result,etc. The software has been applied to the factual work and testified the correctness of the system.
