The Component Intelligent Spatial Information Platform is a compositive information system, encompassing Geography Information System, Intelligent Information System and Component Technology. Based on open source project OpenMap, This thesis elaborates the research and application of the platform as well as the application of Agricultural Informationalization, makes a detailed analysis and comparison of the Component Intelligent Spatial Information Platform Framework, then discusses some developing detail.The platform has two functions: the function to the user——Intelligent Geography Information System , and the function to thesoftware developer——the uniform expending ability. The platform withpowerful function is convenient and easy to expend and redevelop.J2EE, XML, microkernel, component and intelligent techniques of rule representation are used in the software developing process. The platform takes the popular multi-tier structure as its form, borrows beneficial elements from other existing software platforms such as microkernel structure. It takes uniform spreading mechanism as the core. The platform not only offers uniform component descriptive rules, but separates the component function with the system. In addition, the use of XML strengthens the consistency and describablitity of the spreading mechanism.Lots of software design pattern are used in the design and development of the platform. The using of the mature software design pattern predigests the design of the system, and optimizes the structure of the system. Besides, the component intelligent system offers a guarantee to keep up with the development of the intelligent techniques. As a result, it is easy to extend and enrich the intelligence of the system.This thesis is viable to combine the Geography Information System andIntelligent System. It is viable to put the intelligent spatial information platform into practice, practice the component developing technique in the actual developing platform software and makes a progress in the development of the digital agriculture.
