The technology of matched filter synchronization acquisition is important technology in CDMA System of Direct Sequence-Spread Spectrum Communication. The matched filter is a part of the DS Communication System' s receiver, which can accomplish the PN code acquisition. Only when the PN code is acquired, the system can be going to track the PN code and deal with the data. In the paper, a novel matched filter in CDMA System of Direct Sequence-Spread Spectrum Communication has been presented, because the matched filter with Neuron MOS Transistor that has been presented previously has some defects. After modified, the matched filter can eliminate the defects of the old one.Firstly, the paper expatiates the structure and the characteristic of the Neuron MOS Transistor, the theory of the Spread Spectrum Communication and matched filter' s function in Direct Sequence-Spread Spectrum Communication. After researched the matched filter with Neuron MOS Transistor that has been presented previously, a novel structure has been presented in the paper.Secondly, the work process of three matched filters, including the conventional digital matched filter, the matched filter with Neuron MOS Transistor presented previously and the novel one, have been simulated by MATLAB. Compared with three matched filters' function and structure, the merits of the novel one have been presented in the paper.Thirdly, the novel matched filter' s circuit has been simulated by HSPICE in the paper. The result shows that the novel one can accomplish the PN code synchronization acquisition of the conventional digital matched filter, and its circuit structure is more reasonable than the one that is presented previously. Its validity and superiority have been proven by analysis and simulation.Finally, the function of the important parts in the circuit has been proven by test of the separated elements.
