The recognition of biology is a new technology based on the iris. It can reach the precision veracity according to the iris recognition algorithms. If the world persons' irises get into a database, it would have appeared the false and refuse false possibility to very fewness. The high veracity of iris recognition is the special status in numerous biology recognition technologies. It is paid attention to more and more domestic and international relevant researchers because of high veracity and good economic benefits. It can be not only used in Secret place but also in the airport, bank, finance, police, entry and exit port, security, network, e-business. There is the difficult in the iris recognition because of the expensive.The first, the paper designs a cheap iris collection device. The device used the cheap CCD camera and visible light led and infrared ray led. The iris image and lamination is very clear. It reaches the demand of iris recognition image.The second, the paper achieve the hardware and software of the iris recognition device. It achieves the test of video-in and video-out and so on based on hardware. The structure of hardware design is rational and reaches the demand of iris recognition. It achieves the I2C bus simulation, the interrupt program and so on based on software.The last, the paper achieves the noise disposal of the iris image and the interior edge pick-up of the iris image. The noise disposal of the iris image used the Low open wave filter and threshold value measure method. The interior edge pick-up of the iris image used Grey level draw method and gray level split method of threshold value by the edges of gradient. It reaches the satisfied result.
