With the development of computer technology and the improvement of computer's performance, using it to resolve the numeric analysis problem and the graphic showing is becoming a trend. Since the graphic theory is imported in, it provided a strong mathematics tool for the mechanisms development. This paper is based on the graphic theory, mainly researching the method of the automatic generation of the planar kinematics chain. Around this problem I have done some work as follows.Since the importance of the identifying of the kinematics' isomorphism in mechanism's structural type synthesis, this paper attempted to use a few methods to do it. This paper firstly presented the point-point distance matrix and identified the kinematics' isomorphism with it. Also the paper presented the method based on Genetic Algorithm to identified the kinematics' isomorphism. This paper presented ELAMU EPLIM and some other matrixes. These matrixes are characterized with more expending topological information and they could be generated conveniently with the computer. In this paper, LTD and PLM are presented to identify the similitude component. It could resolve the within 10 links mechanisms' component similitude problem. This paper also partitioned the 4points mesh-loop into 5 kinds and give adding access' method and order for each kind. Based on this theory find a method to research the mesh-loop quickly.According to the theory on the above, I have developed software by using Visual Basic and Access. This software could identify the isomorphism of kinematics chains and realized the automatic generation single degree kinematicchains within 8.
