Industry automation can be divided into process automation and produce automation and some kinds of automatic measure system by the characteristic of produce process . According to these different industry object developed the corresponding control equipment and technology. In the past, often use Distributed Control System (DCS) to control flow industry, while in discrete manufacturing often use PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to control logic and sequence. Intermission process industry required to synthesize DCS and PLC. Now this situation has some changes, Micro Distributed Control System (MDCS) has combined PLC with loop adjuster, it can replace PLC in discrete manufacturing; replace loop adjuster and DCS in flow industry; in intermission process industry can replace the complex combination of DCS and PLC; it is a kind of general equipment control system that has complete function and face to equipment. It makes all industry automatization system have a simple uniform solution.This system is embedded in TMS320F2812 CMOS chip, software components include fourteen classes more than 80 kinds of modules and all kinds of opertion control signal. These components can be configured and realigned according to needs, reduce real time database.This task is the upgrade in the system's configuration, it change the handwork configuration originally, and make the configuration can be programmed.This text first introduces the software component technology to solve software crisis. Simple introduces the concept of virtual machine, then educes Instrument Virtual Machine Assembly language. Mainly introduces the design of this language, how to realize the compiler, how to use YACC and LEX to automatic generate the lexical and syntax analysis program.
