The Design of Hybrid-Integrated Optical Accelerometer Digital Processing Circuit Based on DSP is the sub-project of the Theoretical and Experimental Research on Hybrid-Integrated Optical Accelerometer that is supported by Natural Science Foundation of China. Hybrid-Integrated Optical Accelerometer can be widely used in the field of aviation, inertial navigation, earthquake inspection and so on. The objective of the design of hybrid-integrated optical accelerometer digital processing circuit based on DSP is to use the TMS320VC5410 as the core of the circuit to realize the digital processing circuit according as the principle of the analog processing circuit, which is another research production of our laboratory. The main work includes,Chose the scheme of designing the systemThe means of realizing the cell functions are decided with the performances of TMS320VC5410 and the total principle of signal processing system taken into account. (2)Completed the hardware designs and the software designs of hybrid-integrated optical accelerometer digital processing circuit Hardware designs realized the amplifying cell circuit and anti aliasing cell circuit, while software designs realized the sine signal, bandpass filter, lowpass filter and logical control cell assembler modules.(3)Tested the performances of cell circuits, cell assembler modules and the whole digial processing circuit based on DSP Cell circuits and cell assembler modules can achieve anticipative target. For example anti aliasing cell circuit can realize a lowpass with the turnover frequency of 10kHz and bandpass filter cell assembler modules can realize an ideal bandpass filter with the center frequency of 8.5kHz and the bandwidth of 3.0kHz. The digital processing circuit based on DSP can realize real time and high precision detection of acceleration within the bound of 1kHz.
