In this paper, by using the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory and constructing appropriate Liapunov functions, sufficient and realistic conditions for existence and globally asymptotic stability of periodic solution are established for a kind of nonautonomous periodic cellar neural networks system with time varing-delays. Furthermore, as some special situations for our studied system (1), the corresponding sufficient conditions for the existence of periodic solution are obtained respectively. We find it is a constant time delays system in known references and time varing-delays system in this paper by contrasting the result in this paper with that in known references. Therefore, our system is more general in reality, furthermore, by contrasting the results of known reference and ours, we find that their results are just special situations of ours.
