Not radiating electromagnetic wave, passive radar based on opportunity transmitters (such as FM broadcast signal) is not easy to be detected by electronic scouting system. And it has potential superiority in ECCM (Electronic Counter-Countermeasure), AARM (Anti Anti-Radiation Missile), and anti-stealthy targets, so it will have a bright future.The thesis focuses on the study of the real passive radar based on FM broadcast signal, its major work as follows:Firstly , in reference to the requirement of the performance indexes and the characters of the radar, a set of data acquisition equipment was purchased after analyzing the technical indexes of the data acquisition system. Understanding those data and programming offered, the application programming of the engineering radar data acquisition system was designed. Later, a relative application programming was well-written;Secondly, a complete set of scheme for testing and validating the performance indexes (including the dynamic scope, the channels' consistency and integrality, the data rate) of the acquisition system. According to the result of strict tests, this scheme is quite easy and feasible;Finally, the Distributed Computing technology was applied to the radar system. Demonstrating the feasibility of the Distributed Computing System, the scheme for real-time computing and the programming for controlling and managing this system was well-designed. The developing time of the radar real-time signal processing was shorten.
