The Hopfield NN model is one of the most widespread several kinds of NN models. However, the Hopfield have the symmetrical limitation in the prominent characteristics trans-conductor among simulation neuron, and the part of nonlinear adopt widely function relation which monotony severely raise saturation nonlinear. But this kind of model is not accordance with humans' physical phenomena, which is occurred the interaction between excitation and restrain in addition to saturation. In view of the influence of these factors, it is useful to construct another kind of nonlinear model, and have a further research. This paper constructed a kind of nonlinear NN model and had a qualitative analysis .Furthermore, this model' s dynamics characteristic is simulated by using MATLAB. Lastly, this paper calculated three-rank excitement- restrain model and excitement-restrain NN in trans-conductor matrix symmetry and dissymmetry and the photograph track. This paper educed parameters' rough scope when balance point, limit cycle, chaos occurs.
