Based on the' applying of the multimedia software of DingLi communicational company in Zhuhai, this thesis makes the research of some about exploiting, realization and construction of the technology of the motion information analysis and disposal, which is based on the video frequency.Chapter One looks back the video frequency information developing history and introduces the video frequency research situations and prospects it's developing tendencies. Also, this thesis discusses the video frequency collection situations and the most manners. It discusses the human motion inspect and analysis technologies, puts forward the research background and research contents of this thesis.Chapter Two expounds some technologies about the hardware and software for the video frequency collection, which gives out the basis of the video frequency collection. Also, it analyzes some important arithmetic in order to realize the video frequency collection.Chapter Three discusses the human motion inspect technology, which casts basis on the visual image.
