The development of technology of networks , no matter Internet > Wide AreaNetwork? Local Area Network or Wireless Network, will process to numeralization.intellectualization > integration broad band?personalization in the future. This requires thatnetwork must has more and more extensive resource of network to satisfy user' demand. For example, users can expediently get the bandwidth which accord with his application;multimedia network can supply real-time dynamic operation; the intellectualization ofnetwork need expand the capability of software so that it can support the demands of newoperation that ceaselessly expand; users can get any method that communicate and deal withinformation. Broad Integrated Services Digital Network evolved by Telephone Network asprinciple part and Internet Integrated Network evolved by Computer Network as principlepart, which both demand super high speed * super capacity and implementing many kinds ofbusiness service, need form a high speed information network which is combined bycomputer and information. This is well known information speedway in the world. However, as a result of limiting of cost or material etc, updating of equipment of network inexistence can't follow demands of users to use network. For utilizing resource of network inexistence well, recently decades, research which optimize performance of network processquickly. Effect of Second Wireless Communication Revolution in 1990' goes on until thetwenty-first century. At this time wireless communication and telephone's technologycombine with Internet, and a voice data network is formed, which enter by wireless mainly.Despite main of data transmit by light-guide fiber, users can communicate with network withtelephone or computer directly and need no cable. In other words, users are cutting offcable in 21st century. Hence, nowadays research to wireless data communication network isgetting more attention in control. And lots of researchers fling themselves into research tooptimizing performance of wireless data network > estimating character of wireless datanetwork and distributed control to wireless data network. 70Wireless data network and wire data network are same in some area and there aredifferent in other area. Wireless data network and wire data network are OSI, but theirmediums are difference. Wireless data network transmit data by radio wave and wire datanetwork by coaxial cable , double twist cable or light-guide fiber. Hence, there are samein researching to them in some area and there are different in other area. For instance, theyare same model. Some optimizing methods are same. There are very important performance measure that affect a user's experience of awireless networks, or any other communication networks for that matter. One is throughputthat is measured in bits per second. This is the rate at which bits are transferred from thesource to their final destination. The second is delay, which is the difference in time fromwhen a bit enters the networks at its source node to when it is eventually received correctlyat its destination node. But since mediums to transmit data are different, in wireless datanetworks the optimal routing of data depends on the link capacities that, in turn, aredetermined by the allocation of communications resources (such as powers and bandwidths)to the links. The optimal performance of the network can only be achieved by simultaneousoptimization of routing and resource allocation. But wire data network' bandwidth isconstant and don't consider power. So we must exploit a new method to research wirelessdata network. In this paper, we introduce the simultaneous routing and resource allocation problemand exploit problem structure to derive efficient solution methods. We use a capacitatedmulticommodity flow model for the data flows in the network. We assume that the capacityof a wireless link is a concave and increasing f...
