Alone with the modem optics and photoelectrics development, coming forth a new subject -micro optics ,It is a subject of synthesizing optics , microelectrics and micro mechanism,main studying and manufacture micro optics elements and mini photoelectrics, the merits of micro optics elements are mini volume,light mass and low cost.At one time, developing a new embranch subject -Binary Optics, it make use of diffraction theory,Computer Aided Design and VLSI ,sculpting the embossment of two or more steps on the surface of optical instruments , its photic characteristic including pure phase ,coexiting reappearance and high diffraction efficiency.The main aim of this thesis is to make use of the method of Binary optics fulfilling PS. This method combines the theory of micro optics , microelectron, information optics , VLSI, CAD etc. At the same time, making use of this kind of micro optics elements (Computer-Generated Blazed Grating Array) in the optical information operation,imposing the juncture of micro optical instruments and form the twin Omega network, finally,integrating the special function module and fulfilling optical signal permutation and exchange.The content of this thesis(1) study of the diffraction characteristic of micro optics elements;(2)study of the design parameter of micro optics elements;(3)investigate all kinds of optical networks,including Omega,Comega,Bens,Clos,Banyan,Butterfly, Crossover and so on;(4)integrate micro optics elements and fulfill optical signal permutation and exchange.The result of this thesis:(1)firstly use Computer-Generated Blazed Grating Array fulfilling PS;(2)use the juncture of Computer-Generated Blazed Grating Array fulfilling optical signal permutation and exchange.The meaning of this thesis: make use of micro optical diffiaction elements fulfilling optical signal permutation and exchange. Further more ,integrate micro optics elements and semiconductor generating the special function module and chip.The conclusion of this thesis will possess important application in the field of optical fibre communications and optical information operation.
