ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) makes human, vehicles, roads united and harmonic and establishes a wider range, fully efficient, real-time and accurate information manage system. Information is important element of ITS, and is also the band to connect all subsystems. An ITS information platform is to process, transport, store and make up so many different and difficult information, and then to express them clearly to Transportation Information to the users. With the development of transportation, ITS is required all over the country.My task is based upon the co-operational project between my instructor and Dalian Transportation Bureau what is called Public Intelligent Transportation System. With setting up an information platform, I made a farther research on develop intelligent management system and relative functions.After my one year's research, I concluded such results as followed:1. Setting up a serial module, based on Vehicle Monitoring and Managing System of GIS and Bus Intelligent Arranging System module, these three functional modules make up of Information Platform, and it realize processing and publicizing data and information.2. Applying standard and heuristic Genetic Algorithm, my task realized a system that could statically arrange buses.3. Developing and designing an intelligent dynamic arrangement system, and it could basically realize real-time arranging the buses in the accident.The research that described in my article could be adapted to the development and renewal of telecom technology, and it is also an applicable and practical project in nowadays. The communication modules of my research have been applied in the platform of Dalian Intelligent PublicTransportation System. Intelligent Arrange and Manage System will also be applied in realistic work more perfectly after continuously perfection of debugging and testing.
