Research & Application On MAS Intelligent Decision Of Job Shop Scheduling

Job Shop Schedule plays a great role in the production activity of an enterprise. Job shop schedule system is also a great part of CIMS or ERP. Job Shop Schedule is a typical NP-hard problem, so it attracts great attention from both the academia and industry. Therefore, the study of Job Shop Schedule is of great theoretical and practical importance.This subject comes from the ERP system of Dalian AUTO Company. This thesis talks about mainly the following four aspects:1. The theory of Multi-Agent System is analyzed and the current solution of Job shop schedule is summarized.2. Generic algorithm of Job shop schedule on Multi-Agent System is designed, including encoding pattern, transposition-based genetic crossover and mutation operator, and various implement of the fitness function.3. The MAS scheme is put forward and the cooperative model of those agents is designed according to the different function of them.4. The application and implement of Job shop schedule in ERP is expatiated.
