Distributed enterprise software development is a complex task. The main problem in the development of Tender ( Electric-Power Equipment Tendering Management Information System ) is low efficiency caused by its complexity and high quality requirement. In the process of Tender development and investigation, we find that, analysis the common features in demand and function, the application of distributed object technology and the software reuse of well-developed analysis and design results may improve the efficiency and quality in the development of software. Software reuse is the core technique used in design. In development of software engineering, we know, design patterns are reusable. To simplify software development processes and improve software reusability, application server with integrated mode is applied in the development of distributed enterprise application.Design patterns and application server are extension of object-oriented technology. In this paper, software reuse technology and methodology are investigated. Then the character of J2EE design patterns is discussed and summarized based on GoF's design patterns. Two kinds of J2EE design patterns are compared and analyzed. Reusable software construction based on J2EE design patterns with high-abstract level is applied to the development of Tender.Framework and integrated interface have been built to meet the demand of the reusability, transplantability, expandability and high development efficiency in system analysis. The design of the three-tiered framework of Tender has been finished. High development efficiency and quality is shown in the design process.
