Digital signature techniques and algorithms are discussed in detail in the paper. The digital signature technique is one of the kernel techniques of network business security, and the data encrytion technique is the basis of the digital signature technique. The digital signature provides a digital authentication method to resolve many problems about security, such as forgery, disavow, imitation and juggle, and is also used to the authentication of both sides of the communication. Humans usually add a segment of digitals into the digital message to realize the digital signature by using encrytion algorithms in order to prove the message sender's identity and correctness of the message. The author made RSA data encrytion algorithm the basis of the digital signature. In the paper, the author discussed RSA algorithm comprehensively and especially made some proper improve on a few segments of the algorithm.At the basis of analysis and improve of the digital signature algorithm, the author put forward a method, that is programming a soap client in Java. The author programmed to realize RSA digital signature in XML circumstance, which is a rising e-commerce development circumstance. The author made use of soap client to produce the digital signature file in soap message form to not only encapsulate original files and the digital signature but also send, receive and analyze the digital signature file.
