Bone age plays an important role in the research of pedology and physical training .In The Standard of Estimating Skeletal Maturity for Chinese (Method of CHN Scoring),people who evaluate abstain with the aid of X film imagegrade of bones score ,then woke out the bone age.This have caused the shortcoming of the high costly and consuming long time,that unfavorable to the bone age assessment's popularization. The system of bone age assessment without film is put forward under this backgroud.This system is still based on The Standard of Estimating Skeletal Maturity for Chinese (Method of CHN Scoring), uses the digitized' image substitution tradion X light film.The article proposed one kind of new image restoration method: through the analysis of the reason of the image degeneration, using the Fourier transforms theory and the optical system theory ,through the union of mathemetics,optics and digital image processing the discipline and so on , established the new model of image restoration, caused X light fiim of the digitized image clarity greatly to enhance,basically has realized X light without film.
