The Automatic Identification System( AIS) is a kind of new-type navaid and equipments. The article expatiated the basic principle of the modulation mode named GMSK. The FX489 is a synchronous high- speed Modem .Its data baud rate and the band-time can be good to satisfy the requirement of AIS physics layer.This thesis gives a detailed introduction of the FX489.The minimum control system of single-chip micro-controller has two part of binary systems serial communication. For the communication between PC and the single-chip instrument , i chose to connect a chip named MAX232 to proceed the level conversion in electricity, establish the correspondence agreement , drawing the hardware connection diagram, and designed the correspondence procedure process with parts of procedures code; For the communication between the single-chip instrument and the FX489, thesis uses 8251A to expand 89C51 for a serial port. Also designed this part of correspondences procedure process and procedure codes.The thesis takes a simple introduction about the data transmission on base band. The technique performance of the physics layer of AIS requests using the NRZI codes. The thesis gives its procedures and flow diagram.The thesis was detailed to analyze the interference source, interference path of every kind of interference and the classification of the interferences that single-chip machine system may appears, putting forward every kind of method of the hardware anti-interference; Then takes the research and approach to every kind of method of the software anti-interference.
