A Study And Design On More Remote Sensing Images Mosaicing System

Mosaicing technique integrates two or more different Remote sensing images into one whole panoramic image for the application of large image.In China we have several remote sensing image processing softwares nowadays, in which all have mosaicing module, but they have common shortages: simple function and lack of friendly interface. To improve practicability of mosaic softwares, we research existing mosaicing algorithms and bring forward new algorithms, and base of which the paper designs images mosaicing system. My main results are listed below:1. Analysises and gives algorithms for automaticly clipping and spelling rectangle and nonrectangle shape to realize more images mosaicing.2. Based on image overlap areas we use compensating algorithm balance image color difference, which could used to eliminate color difference of multispectrum images mosaicing effectively.3. We design images mosaicing system module and mosaicing flow chart. Part of these algorithms and technologies referred above have been applied to thelatest version of remote sensing software IRSA.
