As a world difficult problem , 3N+1 conjecture is researched wide . As researched by Yale professor and student in middle school, calculated by theory mathematician in paper and computer scientist in distributed network, the problem is being in the ascendant. Without doubtful, Cryptology is a important research work in the domain of information security . Now, network information become expand while Internet do also . It is more important that keep information secret, so as to be considered much by people in encryption and decryption. It's a pioneer work that the two is integrated . Through a coding method , the paper made a new progress in implied bogus randomicity and data compress in a particular way while the difficult to find a long cycle bogus randomicity sequence of key in sequence cipher is solved . Furthermore . the application of bogus randomicity of 3N+1 conjecture in sequence cipher acquires a big achievement and blazes a new way in it. Thus , the practical significance of sequence cipher made a qualitative development . As a new world wide basic theory of coding , in the same time , 3N+1 conjecture would present practical value properly.Main jobs in this paper including following aspects: 1. 3N+1 conjecture is summarized including introduction, status opinion and discussions. 2. Cryptology is summarized including cryptography, cryptanalysis and cipher theory. 3. 3N+1 conjecture coding is expatiated particular and narrated delicately in theory. 4. A data compress algorithm of binary is designed while an applicable cipher system is developed. 5. Through a lot of calculating, much of chart is given.Innovation of this paper as follows: 1. Combine 3N+1 conjecture with sequence cipher for the first time. 2. Think out and expatiate 3N+1 conjecture coding. 3. Design a new data compress algorithm of binary which is a big advancement at certain extent. 4. Develop a new type applicable cipher system. 5. expose 3N-I-1 conjecture to a broad new kingdom.Not only analysis this paper in theory . but also give much sample data and graph . while a software instance of it programmed . All of the program were debugged in the environment of Delphi 7.0.
