The basic behavior of atom and photon in the micro-cavity that is not similar to their behavior in the free space has been analyzed in detail in this paper. The dominating influence of micro-cavity has been researched at length over the density of optical mode, the intensity of spontaneous radiation, the width of spectrum and the coupling factor of spontaneous radiation. Adopting the amendatory rate equation, the threshold of the micro-cavity has been studied and the conclusion is shown as following: If there is not non-radiation transition, the pump velocity just need to compensate the photon velocity escaped from the cavity, and the intensity of output light will direct ratio to the intensity of input light then we got a micro-cavity laser with no threshold.In order to describe the single mode oscillation in the micro-cavity, we studied with a new theory the quantum mechanics of optical streamline' and got the cut-off qualifieat ion of single mode oscillation. At last, taking advantage of the finite differential time domain method and it's perfect match layer absorbcfacient border, we got the energy distribution in a typical micro-disk laser and simulated the radiation between Q value and the radius of the micro-disk.
