This paper mainly deals with the application of data mining in CRM. Detailed analysis of data mining process available and data mining standard CRISP-DM are given firstly, then a process of data mining application is presented by a project instance. According to the view of software process reuse, the concept of general model in specific domain of data mining is put forward in this paper, which provide certain technology support to data mining process automation. Through the research of the development of data mining system and the tendency of combination data mining system with application domain, a multi-layer data mining architecture characterized by customization and flexibility is designed. This paper also focuses on the data mining algorithm in CRM. It is recommended to choose customer subdivision algorithm according to data character and user intention. Lastly an algorithm of measuring interestingness of data mining schema based on user expectation and fuzzy logic is presented.
