Research On The Exploitation Of QSMIS Based On ERP

With the economic globalization and information technology improving rapidly, the obtaining of materials and the scale of product market is expending further in enterprises, social production, circulation of materials, trade and his management's way are continuing to change deeply. Especially when our country joined WTO, the competition that the manufacturing enterprises with the enormous opportunities and challenges in our country are the most important pillar in national economy have to fact is coming from trans-corporation,. To utilize the management information system(MIS) is to improve its deficiency of producing, managing in enterprises, in order to promote production efficiency and face fierce market competition .so the research about MIS has very realistic meanings. According to the MIS which based on enterprise resources plan (ERP).,This thesis carried on researching.Firstly, it explained the constructions, applications and foundations of MIS.Secondly, on the basis principles of MIS and ERP, combining the design and development of the management information system of the industrial company of green hill in ChongQing (QSMIS), basing the foundations of system and demands analyzing, it carried on more detailed argumentations of module designing, data system, network and structure of system, modes of calculation etc. Especially, it gave the discussing about flow rebuilding, technology of coding, interface designing, and system optimizing. At the same time, it expatiated the safety precautions of system, and explained the main ability and effects of system by the overall frames and charts of system's structure, and every logic flow chart of module of function of QSMIS briefly..Finally, it analyzed the specialties and capabilities of the exploitation of QSMIS singly, and summed up the successful experiences, and the weak points about QSMIS, offering some principle in common use for the GREEN HILL and other companies. Also, it got some new principles about form, developing of the exploitation of QSMIS, basing on ERP.The exploitation of QSMIS is successful, but it still needs to continue improving and perfecting. With the development of the relevant theories of information 's technologies, MIS will be developed and researched further.
