Following the widely use of Database related software systems, methods of data management in enterprises and government are becoming more and more important. On the other hand, rapid increasement of information needs reasonable management methods, or , informantion will be a heap of data rubbish and nothing useful can we get from it. As we can see, data management includes two sides:data storage management and data using in application systems.To manage data storage, many Database Management System are now available, like ORACLE, MS SQLSERVER , DB2, INFOMIX , SYBASE and MYSQL etc. These systems are all based on the theory of relational data model, and can provide us with strong functions on data storage management.But on the aspect of the development of database related systems, we encounter a hardship that the method of data storage management is on relational model while software coding is under object oriented model .
