Study Of Component-Based Software Testing And Supporting Tool

Software testing is one of the most means to ensure software quality. With the development of software methodology and technology, software testing is developing and perfecting-now and again. And the application of software testing is correlated with software development methodology. Under the software reuse component-based software development is gradually becoming mature. The characters of component-based software development have influenced software testing. So we mainly study component-based software testing and develop the relevant testing tool.First, this paper induces the foundation knowledge of software testing .On the base of this, with the character of component-based software development, analyze the influence that component-based software development brings to software testing and confirm that the quality of component is the base of the quality of software system. Then study component-based software testing, from testing step , testing strategy , test cases designing. Putting forward the fit testing process and testing strategy. And Putting forward black testing method generating test cases by changing the specification of tested software into testing model.The quality of component-based software system not only depends on the quality of software components and but also depends on the quality and efficiency of software testing process. For improving the quality and efficiency of software testing process, it is necessary that supporting , controlling and managing the testing process. So need the software testing supporting tool, for improving the quality of software testing process and ensuring the quality of component-based software system. At last, this paper induces the design and implementation of the software testing supporting tool.
