Study And Application Of The Multi-Axis Control System Based On The Plate Bending Rolls

This paper is based on the exploitation of numerical control system platform modeo On the foundation of plate rolling machine rolls control function, we have exploited and designed .multiple different function control module, superior microprocessor control module, switching control module, analogous control module, display module and so on. According to the structure of plate bending rolls, electing the correlated control module, and through RS - 485 industrial control bus linking to a organic unity, we can combine the suitable numerical control system . Numerical control system not only can finish the control function with the superior microprocessor control module as the center, but also can be kept under overall system through PC computer, by means of the connection of superior microprocessor control module and PC computer. This system also can be applied to other axis class control circumstances.
