| Because of its feature of order-oriented production planning, the agile manufacturing mode of modern manufactures could adapt the current changeful market. Under this kind of organization mode, the agile reconstruction mechanism for production unit, as well as the dynamic production planning and job scheduling have become important for attributing the resource of enterprise rapidly, and for improving the production efficiency.The productive task of the Agile Workshop changing from the model of orienting plan to the model of orienting order firstly results in the vast increase of the dynamic of the productive scheduling problem in workshop, such as the change on the order task, the appearance of the emergent order task and so on, however, the traditional scheduling means can not react on these changes of dynamic in time. The ERP system and traditional scheduling means assumes that the resource in the workshop is limitless, don' t consider the "bottleneck" problem which may happen in the real productive process, and can' t realize the laden balance between all kinds of resources, so the traditional scheduling means and scheduling system* The research work supported by the project "Agile workshop manufacturing process intelligence scheduling and its application in electromechanical equipments' stock process", which funded by the Youth Science and Technology Research Fund of Sichuan University.can not meet the demand of the productive agility. So researching a production job scheduling technique, which adapts the requirement of modern agile workshop, has academic significance and practical value.Based on the deep analyzing to the agile workshop job scheduling flow and the requirement of the scheduling function, the paper brought forward the intelligent algorithm model, which fits to typical dynamic production job scheduling of workshop, and could resolve the optimal production scheduling problems of PMSP production type and Job-Shop production type. Using the components and graphic emulation technique, the paper has realized the intelligent workshop scheduling emulating system. Which could be used in verifying the result of scheduling and in modifying the scheduling scheme artificially. The calculating experiment and scheduling emulation shows that the algorithm model described in this paper is efficient and could meet the demands of enterprise.The researching of the paper mainly includes:(1) According to the producing management and the model of the working layout in the agile workshop, the related scheduling technology related is researched deeply, and the thinking building the simulating system of the intelligent scheduling in the workshop is put forward; analyze the need of the system's function, point clearly out the two core function which must be met by the system: the scheduling function of the limited resource and the scheduling function of the real-time dynamic. The function model of the system and the detail system structure is built, the working model of the system is designed, and know clearly about the status and function of the intelligent scheduling system in the managing system of the working layout of the agile workshop.(2) the scheduling problem of typical workshop: the mathematic model of the PMSP and JSP is rebuilt with the limited resource and the real-time dynamic, and the several intelligent optimizing algorithms are designed according to the mathematic model. As for the scheduling problem of the workshop, the approximately algorithms producing pre-scheduling method and the genetic algorithms used in the cosmically optimize is designed; as for the dynamic taskappearing in the workshop, the thesis builds dynamic scheduling algorithms model, adopting the re-scheduling strategic based on event-drive and solving it with task window strategy; in addition, the thesis analyzes and researches the theory of the intelligent optimizing algorithms, and provide the new strategy of TS and practice it.(3) The thesis realiz... |
