With the scope of control systems increasing, more and more control systems will use distributed control systems. For many control loops are closed over Ethernet using field bus. There will inevitably be time delays in the Ethernet. When those time delays become longer but less then sampling periods. We will find we cannot neglect those time delays, which will degrade our close loops performance, even make it instability. In this paper, we consider of random time delays of Ethernet in industry and have a primary research on the stochastic optimization control problem and experiment. Firstly, we analyze the random delays in Ethernet and collect a great lot of random delays information under different load of Ethernet, and through the stochastic analysis we count those random delays when the load of Ethernet is around 20%. Secondly, we build an event-driven model and explore a new approach for designing the rules of stochastic optimization and sub optimization control. This approach proved by experiment is effectual. Finally, In Matlab surroundings, we designed networked control systems simulation program for Ethernet control systems in industry. In our paper, a new method for simulation of networked control systems is presented.
