In the contemporary computer communication networks, with continuous expandability of the networks data business, it is neccesary and objective for the clients to provide to guarantee both quality and quantity service because the traditional service which is charactered by "Best of efforts" hatofenot been able to satisfied the more and more business service demands. In recent years, algorithms of Quality of service(Qos) in the computer networks hajfebeen focused by many router factories as well as some institudes step by step. This paper analyzed some relevant results of the Qos algorithms and studied their advantages and disadvantages, new algorithms are presented, which are based on the combination of the past algorithms with the further improvements and expansionfAlso, they have been proved valid and efficient by the numerical results. Details of the paper as follows:1 .Establish a networks model base on the TCP/IP protocols, which is adapted to data transmission of Qos and complete Qos quantization process of the networks at the same time. Also, the model of all fiber-optic networks is given and the problem of physics link degree about it is theoretically analyzed.2. Establish comparative relation ship between two vectors to overcome the common SPT algorithm which depened on a single measurement, two Qos routing algorithm with their respective complex are given, which is based on the Genie Algorithm and the other on the dynamic Basic Algorithm.3.Resource management algorithm of guarantee Qos routing is given, which has proposed a new algorithm with gloal minimum Jitter under the weighted fair queue.4.The experiment results for some algorithm are given as well as some useful advise on the realization of them are proposed.
