Distributed database is the production that was combined by the computer network and the database technology. It is a new field of database technology. Distributed database system has new way to manage the numbers and save them in which the normal database and the C/S (Client/Server) has not. In the distributed database global data is only a visual logical structure. The data in fact are stored in every note of the net which made the part operations requested by the remote users needn't through the center of the net. Thus, the speed of visiting is greatly increased.People have studied the distributed databases for more than 30 years. In recent ten years, this technology has made great progress in trait , bank, air, railway and so on. But it is the first time to lead this technology to the high school teaching management. In the teaching management, most of the requests are partial. So we can divide the global data into many small fragments and find a good way to distribute them. So, most requests can be done at the native site. As the way is special, which including to divide up the global data, allot the data, inquiring about the distributed data, distributed parallel control, completing control and security control. So it is completely fit to the distributed database system. In addition to this, the technology is undergoing the period from the theory to the practice. All of this made the work of construct the distributed system a complicated one. So, it has great value to research.
