The Research To Automatically Build BOM Of ERP System Based On B/S Mode

ERP was developed from MRPII which is adapted to the direction of the enterprise development in the nineties of the 20st century and in the 21st century. On the one hand, ERP was combined closely with computer techniques and network techniques from its existense, and its system framework is developing from traditional C/S structure to B/S structure; On the other hand, BOM is the kernel component of ERP, its data was firstly settled by hand, then input manually in the past, lately, with the exploiter tools function swell and the development of the enterprise info, it was inclined to finish automatically by using existing data. The thesis studied every key of 'to create BOM automatically' according to the start of two side.BOM involved basic data of two sides , namely the product structure and the basic material data. The product structure info consists in the title bar of the assemble drawing. Currently, a number of enterprise product drawings adopt DWG format of AUTOCAD, so it needs study to pick up title bar data from the product assemble drawing. The thesis analyzed AUTOCAD object model and Automation port, on this base, it brought forward the criterion of trimming the title bar and also the way of the picking up the title bar data . The basic material data consists in the coding system of the enterprise material classify, the thesis studied some way of material classify and coding, using the actual object, the thesis set up a minitype coding system of the material classify. The data of the above two sides involved all BOM data info, it is existed in the system by the datasheet form. The thesis studied the problem of database designing, builded the database basic model, and gave the database operation way to create BOM according to the actual object. Besides, the thesis discussed the choice of system exploiture tools under the B/S structure.
