| This thesis is about the design and engineering analysis of a new type of bileaflet artificial heart valve. It can be divided into three main parts: theoretical calculation of the valve, computer aided design, engineering analysis.Because it is strict to requirement of the valve, it not only applies to good mechanical and fluid performance, but also has better manufacture technology. After comparing and analyzing all kinds of valve products in world, this paper based on technology achievement of changing property by all-fix ionic pouring, overcomes faults of old valves. This paper puts out two new types valve. It improves the axis parts, and the style of the leaflet surface. It puts out "8"concurity and ball axis model, and plane and slope type surface. This paper fulfills the theoretical calculation of analysis, and outputs product engineering draws.In order to improve quality of product design and cut short development circle and decrease work strength, it need using CAD to realize parametric design. This paper bases on AutoCAD, aims at speciality of valve structural design, developing software of parametric design. This software can use the main design parameter inputted, generates 3D model and realizes work simulate. It also can output engineering draws. It not only realizes parametric design, but is involved by designer, so it has flexibility.In order to further optimize structure of the valve, the design need engineering analysis, and need feedback information of performance parameter in experiment to modify design. Because of limited time, this paper establishes stress distribution and deform only by FEA, and optimizes the structure of valve. It can ensure the valve meet the requirement of fact usage and assembly, and found good base for further research and experiment on body or out-of body and manufacture on large scale. |
