The aim of this paper is to make researches on programming recognition technique applied to automatic recognizing system of the mar inside artillery body.There are no any similar products in fremdness but some inchoately researches on it made in china. The research in this paper has great signality for artillery manufacture and test.It provides appropriate optimization algorithms for image recognition inside artillery body that obtained by optical facility and electronic instrument,and then the marred level of inside artillery body.The system is developed in Visual C++6.0 and resulted from the following techniques: Digital Image Processing, Pattern Recognition and ANN .
