According to the characteristics of power electronics conversion technology, detailed analysis and study are made on the EMC and EMI of full bridge switching-mode converters. Based on the analysis of working principles of full bridge switching-mode converters, the EMI parameter models of the proposed circuits' main devices are established. With the software Cadence, model establishment and parasitic parameter extraction are made on the main PCB lines of the proposed circuits. Equivalent circuit models of common mode combined with differential mode current and noise simulation models are also established on full bridge switching-mode converters. Study on the simulation of conducted interference noise is made with the software Saber and the effects on the circuits' noise by the main parasitic parameters are also analyzed. In the end, principles and methods of optimal design of the EMC on full bridge switching-mode converters are analyzed. The analysis and study in this paper lay a good base for the further study on the EMC of switching-mode converters.
